Mientras que la leche chocolatada normal carece de flavonoles, se pueden encontrar en el chocolate negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pescado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los 5 alimentos buenos para mejorar la salud del cerebro es el pescado debido a que contiene Omega 3, que es un \u00e1cido graso conocido por ser altamente beneficioso para el cuerpo en varios aspectos.<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comer una porci\u00f3n de pescado a la semana puede reducir altamente las probabilidades de contraer la enfermedad de Alzheimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos \u00e1cidos grasos ayudan con la funci\u00f3n cerebral debido a que recubren las neuronas que a veces, tienen una capa de \u00e1cido graso que se endurece debido a un alto contenido de colesterol y grasa saturada en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hortalizas de hoja verde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los vegetales de hojas verdes como la col, col rizada, espinacas, entre otros son excelentes para el cerebro tanto de los ni\u00f1os como de los adultos.
