\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"\">&#8220;Un peque\u00f1o gesto como caminar puede marcar la diferencia en la salud de las personas con enfermedades reum\u00e1ticas, ya que mejora el dolor, la fatiga y la rigidez, ayuda a aliviar la carga en las articulaciones afectadas, fortalece los m\u00fasculos y mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo&#8221;, ha indicado la doctora Almod\u00f3var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La especialista ha recalcado que la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) recomienda realizar ejercicio de cualquier tipo para reducir el sedentarismo, reconociendo que las personas que caminan con regularidad suelen obtener mejores resultados en t\u00e9rminos de salud en comparaci\u00f3n con aquellas que llevan una vida sedentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Aunque caminar a un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido puede ofrecer un &#8220;leve beneficio adicional&#8221;, la doctora Almod\u00f3var ha expresado que lo &#8220;realmente importante&#8221; es la cantidad de pasos acumulados a lo largo del d\u00eda o de la semana, precisando que &#8220;la cifra ideal, que permite alcanzar la mayor\u00eda de los efectos beneficiosos, se sit\u00faa en unos 10.000 pasos diarios en personas menores de 60 a\u00f1os, y en torno a 8.000 en mayores de 60 a\u00f1os&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">EUROPAPRESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
